Thank you for shopping with Nutrikart. We aim to provide a smooth, fast, and secure delivery experience across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across PAN India using trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • BlueDart

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • India Post (for remote locations)


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within:

1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time Estimate

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities 2–5 business days
Other Major Cities 3–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner serviceability and external factors such as weather, strikes, and festivals.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select orders (based on promotions).

  • Standard shipping fee may apply during offers or low-value orders.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before payment.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

📧 Email / 📲 WhatsApp notification containing:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in eligible pin codes.

  • COD orders may require OTP verification or confirmation call to prevent fake orders.

  • Refusal of COD package without valid reason may result in future COD restriction.


7. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct.

Nutrikart is not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability during delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or non-acceptance, reshipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or tampered:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Take clear product photos

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

without a valid unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Nutrikart does not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
