Nutrikart Return & Refund Policy

At Nutrikart, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine and fresh supplements.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery

  • The product received is wrong / different from what you ordered

  • The product is expired or tampered

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and sealed

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Returns requested beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened / Used products

  • Products with broken seal or missing packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or offer


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and verified by our quality team, your refund will be processed within:

  • 5–7 working days for UPI / Wallet / Card payments

  • 7–10 working days for COD refunds (processed to bank account or UPI ID)

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method or store credit as chosen by the customer.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • In case of COD refusal or fake returns, future orders may be restricted.


6. Claim Submission

To request a return/refund/replacement, please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Product photo

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.


7. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • If the error is from our side (damaged / wrong product), shipping will be 100% free.

  • If the customer wishes to return for personal reasons (not applicable for food-grade items), shipping charges will be borne by the customer — only if accepted by policy.


8. Important Notes

  • Nutrikart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • All product authenticity is guaranteed and sourced from verified manufacturers or authorized distributors.
